    • We have an extensive obituary index of the residents of Paterson 1905-1997 that is periodically  updated when time permits.  Note that the earliest obituaries that we have indexed were for those who had influence, were famous, or died in some unnatural way (i.e. accident, murder, etc.). Everybody else had a brief mention in the death notices part of the newspaper.
