In addition to our wide collection of books, DVDs, music, and more we also offer a variety of programs and services to Paterson adults.

Internet Access

Access our free public WiFi connection; visit the quiet study area (in Reference) available for use at 250 Broadway.

Use one of our 20 public computers in the Reference Department. Public computers are also available at all library branches.

All Library patrons may have three computer sessions a day. Logging in with a guest pass grants you 30 minutes of computer time. Working on a resume, job application, or school project? Time can be extended.

Career Services

Thanks to a generous grant from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, the Paterson Free Public Library can provide job and career services. Services for Senior Citizens

Books2Go is PFPL’s book lending program for senior and homebound Patersonians. If you represent a senior service or facility and would like us to provide this service, please contact us at or (973) 321-1223 x2298.
